Indigo Clyde

Osteopath

Indigo graduated from RMIT University with distinction in a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).

With her desire to work with and help people, coupled with her own approach to a healthy and active lifestyle, osteopathy was the perfect fit.

Indigo is dedicated to helping patients achieve their health goals, getting them back to what they love doing most. She aims to achieve this by providing personally tailored treatment and management plans that meet patients physical, mental and emotional needs. Indigo committed to providing an environment that is welcoming for each and every patient.

Indigo has a particular interest in pelvic health, pregnancy and postnatal care. She has undertaken additional courses in pregnancy, pelvic pain, post-breast cancer care and mastitis. Women’s health in and of itself is an intimate and emotional space and she devoted to supporting all women on their journey to recovery.

Indigo also enjoys treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions including neck pain, headaches, migraines and jaw pain. She has undertaken additional training in dry needling, cupping and Pilates to compliment her osteopathic treatment.

Outside of work Indigo enjoys spending time with her family in rural Victoria, going to the gym, water skiing the Murray River and taking photos of native birds.
